Reserving your place
There are limited spaces for the live Zoom show. Once you have been sent a confirmation email and invoice, you will have a place reserved. At that point please make payment as soon as possible and by Friday 3 July 2026.
Cancellations
Cancellation of Zoom tickets:
If cancellation is made by email up to end of the day Friday 19 June 2026, we will offer a full refund. If cancellation is made after Friday 19 June 2026 we will not offer a refund and we will still expect payment if it hasn’t yet been made (it will likely be too late for another school to make plans to take your place).
Cancellation of Recording tickets:
On completing the booking form, you will be emailed an invoice and you will (separately) be emailed the recording link. As you are then in possession of the recording, we will not accept cancellations (payment of the invoice will still be expected, even if you don’t watch the show). Feel free to email any questions before filling in the booking form (info@think-maths.co.uk) – filling in the booking form is agreement that you will pay the invoice.
In the event of us cancelling the show due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund schools the cost of their ticket.
Accessing the live Zoom call
We will send instructions nearer the time for registering for and joining the zoom call. If you are unable to join the call because these instructions are not followed or because of any technical problems at the customer’s end, we will not be able to refund the ticket. We advise schools read the instructions carefully, check they have the required technical set up in advance, and join the call at the advised time in case of any problems. We do not have a tech support team behind the scenes, just the presenter, so we will be unable to assist you with technical problems during the show.
Technical problems during the live show
The show will be broadcast live. While we will do everything we can to anticipate and minimise technical problems, occasional glitches in broadband connection are not impossible, and we cannot guarantee a completely smooth broadcast.
Recording the show
Please do not record the live or recorded show.
