Reserving your place
There are limited spaces for this virtual workshop. Once your booking has been accepted by email you will have a place reserved. At that point please make payment as soon as possible and by Friday 10th November 2023.
We will accept cancellations by email up to end of the day Friday 10th November 2023 and will offer a refund if payment has already been made.
If cancellation is made after Friday 10th November 2023 we will not offer a refund and we will still expect payment if it hasn’t yet been made (we will have created and likely posted your resources by this date). An exception to this is if the school is shut due to Covid-19, or the year group the talk was intended for have been sent home to isolate due to Covid-19. In these two situations we will give you a refund of the cost of the ticket.
In the event of us cancelling the show due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund schools the cost of their ticket.
We endeavour to deliver the show exactly as advertised. However, if the speaker changes due to unforeseen circumstances, schools are welcome to cancel and request a refund.
Accessing the call
Upon payment we will send instructions for registering for and joining the zoom call. If you are unable to join the call because these instructions are not followed or because of any technical problems at the customer’s end, we will not be able to refund the ticket. We advise schools read the instructions carefully, check they have the required technical set up in advance, and join the call at the advised time in case of any problems. We do not have a tech support team behind the scenes, just the presenter, so we will be unable to assist you with technical problems during the show.
The show will be broadcast live. While we will do everything we can to anticipate and minimise technical problems, occasional glitches in broadband connection are not unlikely, and we cannot guarantee a completely smooth broadcast.
